Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 working days.  

For orders placed after 5pm, shipping will be processed next working day. 

 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping to UAE

Shipping fee will be charged upon checkout.
Same shipping fee rate applies to all Emirates. 

For order above AED 300, free shipping applies. 

For order below AED 300, shipping fee for Dubai is AED 15, shipping fee for other Emirates is AED 19. 

 

Shipping to other countries

We currently ship to Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Morocco, Egypt. Shipping rates will reflect upon placing order before checkout.

Kindly note that local custom is not calculated in the shipping cost for Jordan, Morocco, Egypt. 

Local custom, Vat, handling fee and declaration fees are included in the shipping cost for Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar. 

Kuwait- Below 100 KWD no VAT just 2 KWD customs fee above 100 KWD Then 5% CIF + 2 KWD

Qatar- All shipments: QAR 20 declaration/bayan fee and handling fee of QAR 3. If QAR 1000 or above also 5% customs duties based on CIF value

Saudi Arabia- no customs fee upto 1000 AED and vat is 15% irrespective of the order value. Above 1000 AED, there will be customs clearance charge of 2% on the order value or 40 AED whichever is higher.

Bahrain- no customs duty up to 1000 AED and vat 5% irrespective of the order value. Above 1000 AED, there will be a customs clearance charge of 2% on the order value or 40 AED whichever is higher.

Oman- 1 OMR customs fee as a handling charge for any shipment entering Oman and 5 % vat on all shipments.

Delivery Estimates

Dubai: Estimated delivery time next working day. 
Other Emirates: 2-3 working days. 

Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Morocco, Egypt: 4-7 working days

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

We don’t not provide shipping to P.O.boxes.
Kindly provide a physical address for your delivery. 

 

Order tracking

Order tracking number will be provided to customer upon order fulfillment. 

 

Customs, Duties, and taxes

AFT Gear Garage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs,customs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

AFT Gear Garage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
