Return
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will take back sold items within SEVEN days from the day your order was delivered for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions.

Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery to you. 

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with original product tags attached. Return/exchange is possible only if the packing has not been tampered with in any way. If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.

Refund/Exchange does not apply to:
-Food/supplement
-Electronics
-Personal Care
-Hygienic products, underclothing (shorts with inner lining)
-Hazardous materials
-Flammable liquids or gases
-Water bladders/flasks/bottles/Cups
-Utensils/Cookware
-Items purchased on sale/ with promotion code
-Items purchased on Pre-order


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

How Does Return/Exchange Work? 

Step 1: Notify us via email to: info@aftgeargarage.com, mention your order number, product to be returned/refunded/exchanged. 

Step 2: Ship back the product to assigned address. 

Step 3: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund/exchange.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, for cash refund, it will take 5 working days, for refund to credit card, it might take up to 1 month for the amount to be reflected on your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange (if applicable)
Once your item to be exchanged is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
