The Oman desert marathon classic race of 165 Km and 100 km Oman desert marathon hike are self-sufficient events in 5 stages in which the runners/hikers must carry their equipment, a sleeping bag and food during their adventure. The organization will provide tents, and the competitor must bring his / her own sleeping bag and pad.
AFT Adventure Sport Trading FZ-LLC (Brand Name: AFT Gear Garage | ALL FOR TRAILS ) is Oman Desert Marathon official representative in UAE and China. Registration details are collected by AFT Gear Garage and sent to Oman Desert Marathon race organizer. Race participants have the full responsibility to read race rules, event programs, prepare and submit mandatory documentation and prepare mandatory equipment by deadlines, if mentioned, prior to the race.

165KM Oman Desert Marathon Classic
Starting from the Oasis of Alwasil and finishing at Al Jawharat Resort in Bediyah. It is a self supported desert running event consist of five stages of 42 km, 32 km, 40 km, 30 km and 21 km and five different perspectives of one of the most beautiful deserts of the world. It is an unique journey to discover the most remote, untouched sands and the highest dunes of the Omani Desert while on the tracks of the ancient caravans.

100KM Oman Desert Marathon Hike
Starting from from the Oasis of Alwasil and finishing at Al Jawharat Resort in Bediyah and cover 5 stages, with the difference that you will cover approximately 20 km per day. This multi-day hike is the opportunity to explore endless rolling sand dunes, and investigate the desert on foot. The Wahiba Sands are one of the most spectacular experiences Oman has to offer.
