Run & Train with Team AFT

We understand that fitness is a major part of hiking and mountaineering, hence we are equipped with training our members to get into best shape in order to help them reach their goals.

AFT Weekly Running & Training Schedule 

Sun PM: Fartleck/Interval/Timed Runs/Distance Runs  
             (We rotate the program each week.)

Mon PM: Circuit Training 
             (Focus on strength & agility, exercises designed for runners & hikers )

Wed PM: Trail Run 
              (Options of short & mid distance)

Thur AM: Easy/Recovery Run 
              (For beginners to start and experienced to recover)
